Mr. Downing has advised local contractors, educated stakeholders, and served as liaison on labor compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Previous roles include working as a Wage-Hour Investigator with the U.S. Department of Labor with a strong foundation in legal compliance and workforce protections throughout the continental United States. A commitment to fostering fair labor practices and empowering stakeholders reflects a mission-driven approach to public service.
